If you have an interest, no matter how obscure it may be, there is almost certainly a podcast for you. Sleep is so exception. We’ve all seen the vast growth of podcasts over the last five years, but beyond expanding our knowledge, podcasts can also be great to help you fall asleep.

At Vispring, we’ve been crafting the best night’s sleep for over 100 years, so we know it’s importance in having a healthy and happy life. While technology has certainly changed since then, our passion for sleep has not. So, with that in mind, we rounded up our top 12 podcasts for getting a good night’s sleep.

If you’re a true crime fan you will have heard of Criminal, a great podcast created by Phoebe Judge. Not only is the show content brilliant, but Judge’s voice is incredibly calming and soothing. Merging the two together, Judge has also made a podcast in which she reads chapters from several famous novels from Agatha Christie’sThe Mysterious Affair At Style to Charlotte Bronte’s Jane Eyre called Phoebe Reads a Mystery.

2. snoozecast


This fiction-focused podcast is the ideal sleep aid for fellow bookworms, you can expect extracts from The Legend of Sleepy Hollow to Little Women, with three new episodes every single week and something for everyone no matter the age. Snoozecast was designed for those of us who need a little help falling asleep. Snoozecast is meant to be “low-stakes” content, Not so boring as to be intolerable, but boring enough that you won’t feel like you’re missing out if you fall asleep before the ending. Miette’s Bedtime Story Podcast is another offering that proves bedtime stories are not only for children, and adults deserve to hear them too.
