“Even when I’m away, I look forward to getting back into my own bed,” Kate admits. Her day starts outdoors, rain or shine, surrounded by animals, fresh air, and birdsong, a far cry from the usual morning scroll through emails or social media. It's this connection to nature that underpins her entire approach to life, and of course, sleep.

During a recent trip to Shetland, Kate met with crofters, young farmers, and wool graders keeping the tradition of Real Shetland Wool alive. Vispring has proudly partnered with these farmers for over a decade, using their wool in selected handcrafted beds. It’s a synergy that resonates with Kate deeply: sustainability, craftsmanship, and respect for the land.
